Our Vision

Blessed be the Lord who daily loads us with blessings..

Established in 1998, The Blessing Center is a faith-based non-profit charitable aid organization. Our goal is to help alleviate poverty and despair through multi-faceted resourcing of poor and disadvantaged families and individuals who are hurting, in need of food, clothing, medical and dental care, job resources and many other needs.

In 2008 a 10,000 square foot building was donated to serve as our new operations and distribution facility now known as "The Blessing Center."

99% of our organization is volunteer based, made up of caring and compassionate local individuals and families who give graciously of their time each and every week. They come from a wide array of over 20 churches, civic groups, service clubs, schools and businesses in the area.

The Blessing Center building hosts a multitude of programs and projects. It is designed to fulfill the Matthew 25 Mandate:"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I

was stranger and you invited me in, I was naked and you clothed me…”. We are constantly evaluating new and innovative approaches to maximize our impact in the lives of those we serve.

The Blessing Center does not represent any one church, but continues to focus on simply being “The Church” - many local congregations working together. We invite you to work together with us, advancing the kingdom of God, all for the glory of God who continually provides for every need. Thank you for taking the time to thoughtfully and prayerfully consider getting involved by volunteering, by donating needed items or by giving financially.

On behalf of the leadership team, our staff members and our faithful volunteers here at The Blessing Center we sincerely thank you for your thoughtful prayers and support of this ministry.

Thank you and God bless you,

The Blessing Center Leadership Team
